Rupin Pass is a high altitude trek which starts from Dhaula in Uttarakhand and ends at Sangla. The trek passes through several villages and shepherd camps in the Rupin river valley. Rupin is a tributary of the Tons river and meets Supin River at Netwar. The high altitude in not just sole reason for its popularity among trekkers, the diversified number of sceneries and sudden variation in trails also attracts many nature lovers.

Day 5 – Trek from Saruwas Thatch to Dhanderas Thatch (3560 m-4 hrs)

Day 6 – Trek from Dhanderas Thatch to Upper Waterfall camp (4000 m-3 hrs)

Day 7 – Trek from Upper water fall to Rupin Pass to Ronti Gad (4650 m -11 hrs)

Trekking Grade
These are subject to individual fitness levels and could differ from person to person.

Grade 3 : Difficult
From an altitude of 4000m to 5550m is considered a strenuous trek or grade 3. Most of the trekking of Nepal is in grade 3. You need some previous trekking experiences and have decent physical fitness. Climbing and descending are very usual experiences for these types of trekking and you may have to cross small glaciers as well. This kind of trekking gives you an experience of a lifetime, has very beautiful walking surrounded by spectacular mountains. Above 4000m
