Tilicho Lake is a spectacular emerald green lake situated at 4919m & is one of the highest fresh water lakes of it’s size in the world. Tilicho Peak, part of the Northern Annapurna Himal feeds this lake which is the source of Marshyangdi river.

Day 4 Trek from Chame to Pisang (3190 m ) 6 hrs

Day 5 Trek from Pisang to Manang (3520 m)  6 hrs 

Day 6 Rest day in Manag 

Day 7 – Trek from Manag to Khangsar (3745 m ) 6 hrs

Day 8 – Trek from Khangsar to Tilicho Base Camp (4150 m ) 6 hrs  

Day 9 – Trek from  Tilicho Base Camp to Tilicho Lake (4919 m) and back to Tilicho base camp – 6 hrs

Day 10 Trek from Tilicho Base Camp to Yak Kharka (4000 m ) 6 hrs 

Day 11 Trek from Yak Kharka to Throng Phedi (4450 m )  6 hrs

Day 12 Trek from Throng Phedi to Muktinath (3800 m) via Thorng La Pass(5416 m) 9 hrs

Day 13 Trek from Muktinath to Jomsom (2800 m) 6 hrs

Day 14 Flight from Jomsom to Pokhara (30 min Flight)

Day 15 Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu 8 hrs

Trekking Grade

These are subject to individual fitness levels and could differ from person to person.

Grade2 : Difficult

The trek duration each day may span from 4 – 5 hours, but on some days, it may push up to 8 – 9 days It is slightly challenging, uphill and downhill, walking close to mountain views and walking through the beautiful mountainous forests. The elevation from 2500m to 4000m is considered grade 2.
