How to reach

Camp Water’s Edge is set up on 18 acres of pristine land in the foothills of the Western Ghats known for their scenic beauty, riverine landscapes and breathtaking views. It is set up on the banks of the perennial Andra lake, in the foothills of the Western Ghats, which are a world renowned Biodiversity Hotspot, facilitating a variety of ecological experiences for the campsite visitors. Camp Water’s Edge is ideally located between the megacities of Mumbai (approx. 2.5 hrs by road from CST) and Pune (approx. 1.5 hour by road from GPO, Pune) The site is about 25 km away from the famous hill stations of Lonavala & Khandala, 22 km from the forts of Lohagad and Visapur.

10 Swiss tents with a capacity of 7/8 persons each (Total 70 PAX) Common washrooms separate for ladies /Gents
Fully set up with beds, fans and private verandah
Lawns and sit outs, for the Swiss tents, for recreation and activities
Ideal for groups of all sizes, as well as single family units (subject to availability)
Fully fitted common Restroom block with “His” and “Hers” sections

Dormitory

Two dorms with capacity of about 14 pax. Each (Total 28 PAX)
Each dormitory with private sit out and lawn
Attached “fully fitted” apartment standard restrooms

Alpine tents for a truly “back to the basics” Camping experience. Our international standard “3 Man” and “6 Man” tents make for an experience that has you raving for days after…under your own piece of starry sky.

Route from mumbai

Get on the old Pune Mumbai highway. At Lonavala, cross kamshet you have to turn left at Kanhe Phata after Tony da dhaba.

Once you enter Kanhe Phata cross a railway crossing then a bridge and reach Takve Village. This is 7 km from the highway.

Cross Takve village and within 600 m you will see a board of Camp Water’s Edge on your right follow the road and reach our location.

Route from Pune

Get on the old pune Mumbai highway cross the toll, then Talegaon, after that Wadgaon, you have to turn right at Kanhe Phata opp Hotel Tanishka.

Once you enter Kanhe Phata cross a railway crossing then a bridge and reach Takve Village. This is 7 km from the highway.
