• It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind to be flexible. The day-to-day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour is taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to conflict, international or internal flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures and disputes.
• P lease understand that most of our trips are adventure trips, and such trips require flexibility. The day by day itinerary as shown in the website or in any of our promotional materials is taken as a guideline only. Local conditions may require a slight change – this will only be taken if absolutely necessary.
• Certain sightseeing and day tours may be subject to weather conditions/ weekly off , certain permissions or minimum number of pax’s before they operate and suppliers may cancel ,postpone Any changes shall be notified to you at the earliest opportunity and alternate plans suggested.
• Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
• We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
• Your health and your ability to undergo the trip is your responsibility. We ask you to fill up a medical health form before a rigorous trek or expedition, but that is only for the information of the staff on the trek, so they are aware of issues, if any.
• A Liability Waiver form (in the case of undertaking an adventure trip) will need to be signed by you and you accept that you may be exposed to certain inherent dangers in any such adventure trip. Failure to sign the Liability Waiver form will preclude you from joining certain adventure trips. If you are below 18 years of age, your parent or guardian’s signature will be required.
• No refund will be entertained for those who leave the trip due to sickness, injury or any other reason.
• No refund will be given for any unused service.
• If Holiday Adventure decides to cancel a trip because of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, earthquake, strike, flood, riots, spread diseases etc, we will try our best to refund the full trip cost that has been paid to us. Often, we would have paid advances to other parties, and until we receive those advances back, it may be difficult to refund you the whole amount.
• Holiday Adventure will not be held responsible for any other trip related expenses such as booking of international flights, visa, insurance, vaccinations unless specifically stated otherwise. We are only liable for payments made to us.
• We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk. Kindly avail insurance as per your needs.
• While travelling with Holiday Adventure you agree to accept the authority of the tour/Trek leader at all times. You are aware that travel within a group may involve compromise to accommodate the diverse desires and physical abilities of group members. You understand that Holiday Adventure reserves the right to decline, accept, or retain any person as a member of the group at any time.
• In the event, You fall ill or suffer an accident during the trip, all hospital expenses, doctor fees, repatriation expenses, evacuation from road or mountain, any other charges incurred as a direct or indirect result of Your illness / accident are Your responsibility.

• *We do not hold any rooms or other services for mentioned package/offer, so rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. The hotels rates are dynamic & will keep on changing until we hold it as per the final confirmation.Nothing is on hold until & unless we provide it in the written confirmation.
• WIFI , TEA/COFFEE facility & other amenities are subject to availability and cannot be guarantee in all hotels/ Rooms. Supplements may be applicable if any.
• For triple room requirement, 3rd person bed might be roll away, extra bed or single extra bed, as it depends upon hotel policy. BABY COT is on additional cost depending upon Hotel policy, so it is never included.
• Quotation is based on Base category / starting category of Room unless specified.
• Tourist/local/city taxes (if any) needs to be paid at the hotel directly by the client.
• *All tours are on SIC unless specified otherwise & all SIC Tours starts from some specific point located in the city centre. Client has to reach on their own to the point. Starting and Ending points might be different. Also for drop off some tour may or may not provide drop off (depending upon the tour).
• *All services, Hotels, Sightseeing, train tickets or any other services advised should be checked by you at your end. Once we received go ahead from you it is considered that you have verified everything at your end.
• International and Domestic flight tickets and Visas are not included in the package unless specified.
• *All hotels should be checked by agent and confirmed by the client. If due to any reason the client does not like hotel and wants to upgrade it will be at an additional cost which will have to be borne by you..
• A security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid directly by the guest to the hotel when checking in.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to person or property in any manner whatsoever in connection with any travel the subject of this booking, and the customer specifically and unconditionally releases us from all claims in connection with or arising out of that travel. It is the express responsibility of the customer to obtain all travel insurances required in connection with their travel.

• Cost of Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) equivalent to USD 10,000, No Porter age included.
• Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to the departure of your tour.
• Any expenses of personal nature such as Overseas Mediclaim,laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us pay TV, mini-bar, telephone calls, etc. Meals other than what is mentioned in your Itinerary. Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides other than that mentioned in “Tour Cost Includes”,
• Tips to Driver per pax per day (Compulsory in certain countries) Vouchers are not transferable and valid only for the services mentioned therein. Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered. All extras to be paid directly, to the hotels / service providers.
• VISA means a Certificate issued or a stamp marked (on the applicant’s passport) by the immigration authorities of a country to indicate that the applicant’s credentials have been verified and he or she has been granted permission to enter the country for a temporary stay within a specified period. (Note: The Company does not have any role to play for issuance / rejection of Visas other than being a facilitator).
• Certain Sightseeing’s could be cancelled on Last moment without prior Information. Due to Weather conditions/Security Alerts /Public Holidays Like Christmas, New year, Easters etc .

• Medical Forms are mandatory for certain Tours. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions which may impact your ability to travel, participate in a Tour, travel to remote areas without access to medical facilities or may adversely affect the experience of others on your Tour. Kindly notify prior to booking ,as no refunds shall be entertained for services not used.

Travel Documents

• It is your responsibility to obtain information and to have in your possession all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by the relevant governmental authorities including all visas, permits and certificates (including but not limited to vaccination or medical certificates) and insurance policies. You must have a passport that is valid 6 months after the last date of travel as set out on your itinerary. You accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the Tour, and you are solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred as a result of missing or defective documentation. You agree that you are responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by Holiday Adventure that is a direct result of your failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation. Holiday Adventure does not provide advice on travel documents and makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, or special equipment.
