This 15 days trek in Kashmir begins from capital city Srinagar; however the actual trek begins from Lidderwat (3050m). Offering splendid view of lofty mountains, the trekking route of Vishansar Lake marks it beginning from Nichinai Pass. An arduous trekking route to Tarsar Lake beckons from Satlanjan, crossing the steep Kolahoi Peak one is awarded with the incredible view of Gangabal Lake and Mt. Haramukh. After one night camping in Gangabal Lake, trekkers trudge towards Krishansar Lake via Sikewas, Sonmus, Lidderwat and Nichinai. Krishansar is another beautiful lake that lies next to gorgeous VishansarLake.

Day 3– Trek from Lidderwat to Shekwas ( 3365 m ) 3 hrs

Day 4 – Trek from Shekwas to Tarsar ( 3794 m) 3 hrs

Day 5– Trek from Tarsar to Sundarsar (4060 m) 4 hrs

Day 6 – Trek from Sundarsar to Khemsar lake via yemher pass (4130 m) 8 hrs

Day 7 – Trek from Khemsar to Kulan

Day 8 – Trek from Kulan to Nichinai ( 5hrs)

Day 9 – Trek from Nichinai to Vishansar and krishansar (3658 m) 6 hrs

Day 10 – Trek from Vishansar to Krishansar and Gadsar (4206 m) 6 hrs

Day 11 –Trek from Gadsar to satsar to Megandoab (3810 m) 5 hrs

Day12 – Trek from Satsar to gangabai – 6hrs

Day 13 – Explore twin lakes of Gangabai

Trekking Grade
These are subject to individual fitness levels and could differ from person to person.

Grade 2 Moderate
The trek duration each day may span from 4 – 5 hours, but on some days, it may push up to 8 – 9 days It is slightly challenging, uphill and downhill, walking close to mountain views and walking through the beautiful mountainous forests. The elevation from 2500m to 4000m is considered grade 2.
